Job Description:
A company is looking for a Cost Estimator to join the Veterans
Affairs Health Services Portfolio Intake Team.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and proposals for software
recommendations
Conduct market research to analyze software capabilities and cost
factors
Develop and maintain standardized tools and templates for budget
tracking
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, computer
science, or related fields
8 years of relevant experience, with potential substitution of
experience for education
Experience with financial forecasting and research
Knowledge of Federal budget rules and regulations
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
