Job Description:
A company is looking for a Group Air Agent to manage group air
travel reservations.
Key Responsibilities
Book and ticket air travel for groups, organizing manifests and
making necessary changes
Act as a liaison for group accounts and coordinate airline
contracts with leadership
Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients
regarding travel plans
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
At least 2 years of experience in group booking and ticketing,
preferably with complex international travel
Strong knowledge of GDS systems, specifically Sabre
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems
Ability to work remotely and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced
environment
