Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Services Specialist II
responsible for transfer agency functions and maintaining records
for mutual fund and alternative investment clients.
Key Responsibilities
Establishes and processes new accounts and transactions for
alternative investments and mutual funds
Monitors account activity for compliance and fraudulent
activity
Provides shareholder service support and maintains accurate account
records
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
2-6 years of experience in client services or related field
Experience within the financial services industry
Series 6 license preferred
Knowledge of operational standards, SEC, IRS, and prospectus
guidelines
